Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at 581-349-4295 or email us through our website. A prepaid return shipping label is included with every order at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

If the replacement item differs in price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange with no restocking fee. We may request photos of the defect to process your claim.

How to Return by Mail

  1. Contact us to receive return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label included with your order.
  4. Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
